# Children must always be accompanied by an adult to ensure their safety and the safety of others.
3. Cleanliness
# Please help us maintain a hygienic environment by disposing of your rubbish in the bins provided and leaving the space as clean as you found it.
4. Equipment Use
# Be mindful when operating our machines. Any deliberate misuse, damage, or vandalism to equipment may result in the responsible party being held liable for repair or replacement costs.
5. Behavior
# We expect all visitors to treat others with respect and courtesy. Abusive, disruptive, or antisocial behavior is not tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the premises.
6. Operating Hours
# Sass Laundry operates from 6am to 11pm, 7 days a week. Please ensure your laundry is completed before closing time, as the premises will be locked after hours.
7. CCTV Monitoring
# For your safety and security, our premises are monitored 24/7 by CCTV.
# While we strive to maintain a safe and secure environment, Sass Laundry cannot guarantee your personal safety or the security of your belongings while on the premises.
# Please remain vigilant and ensure your items are attended to at all times.
# Any unlawful behavior captured on CCTV will be reported to the authorities.
8. Safety Precautions
# Avoid placing inappropriate items in the washers or dryers, such as flammable materials, pet bedding, or items heavily soiled with oil or grease.
# Sass Laundry is not responsible for damage caused to clothing or personal items due to misuse of equipment.
9. Liability
# Customers are responsible for monitoring their laundry during the wash and dry cycles. Sass Laundry accepts no responsibility for unattended items.
10. Emergencies
# If you encounter an issue with our equipment or facilities, please notify us immediately via the contact details posted on-site.
